Here are some of the most frequently asked questions when going Abroad.

Q - Is NigMex a travel agency?
A - Not in the traditional sense. While we are a visa facilitated Certified and insured travel agency. We specialize entirely in the issuance of Visa to aspiring travelers. We like to think of ourselves as a Travel Service, not a traditional travel agency.
Q - Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation or trip?
A - No. The deposit or payment requirements are set by NigMex Co., Inc.(deposit rates vary based on the travel plan arrangement you select). That deposit is made via wire transfer or  directly with NigMex representative. At no time does Nigmex ever charge your credit card. This way you are assured that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation or travel plans at the time of booking.
Q - I hear horror stories all the time about Travel Agencies that went out of business, fraud or people that lost their opportunities? What guarantees of satisfaction do I have with you?
A - Since we don't charge your credit card, and since you never pay NigMex for your vacation, you will never have to worry about this. When making your reservations, you can either do it with us or directly with the Airflight or vocational agencies. Or if you provide us with your credit card information for booking these reservations, we work directly with the correspondence agency. We, in turn, provide that information to NigMex and You. This way you are assured that every payment you make towards your vacation is applied directly to your reservation.
Q - How much does your service cost?
A - Almost NOTHING! Our fees are always low and very affordable. With service fee, visa processing fee, insurance and tax costs you only pay about $900usd or less you automatically become a legal resident of Mexico!!  Q - How does your service work?
A - It's simple! Just read ,accept, print-out, fill and submit our terms and conditions on-line request form. With a letter directly from you talking about choosing NigMex and  the type of travel plan you wish to book (hotel/hostels only, packages, cruise line, land sea package, institutional admission, electronic assistance service etc.) Once we receive your information, we'll try to find the best unbeatable price, and will notify via email within 4 business days. At that time, we will let you know all your options to book your Mexican vacation or other Mexican travel plans.
Q - How is it possible that you can provide these services at low charge?
A - We transfer your payment directly to the Mexican immigration travel service. The price you pay is slightly same, whether you book through NigMex directly, or by yourself.
Q - How does the "language-communication" work?
A – Upon request, NigMex will issue a language translator to facilitate communication. English speakers are about 45% while Spanish speakers  are about 55% so in any street, public zone or place you fine yourself, there must be an English speaker there. English is the second official language.
Q – What if I want to cross to another English country like Canada or U.S.A?
A – Depending on your positive migratory status, visiting another country will be very facilitated by other Visa facilitating enterprise. Though it is advisable to start your process after 3 to 6 months of your legal stay in Mexico.
Q – What about jobs?
A - It will depend on what type of experience or ability/skills you have. Commonly Nigerians here start as ordinary English teachers without experience and earn at least $900usd for only 20hrs of work per month. They start this while looking for something else to do. While some others import electronics from China or products from U.S.A and start up something. So, getting a job in Mexico is like A.B.C as in most cases, job permits are not requested.
