Before application process can be considered:
You must read and accept the terms & conditions then print out and submit form to our designated representative.
Step 1
Applicants are required to submit their applications personally to the nearest NigMex representative. This must be done in a safe public meeting place.
Step 2
Make a clear copy of all the original documents, previous UK, US, Canada, Japan ,Schengen or related transit visas (it's ok if you don't have them) and two clear copies of passport data page.
Step 3
Upon request, we will send you an English version of the visa application form by mail or from our responsive centers/representatives.
Step 4
Pay your visa application fee and services fee at the bank teller counter at the Visa Application Centre/ to your nearest NigMex representative.
Step 5
Along with your application form and documents mentioned on this site you can come to our application centre between 09.30 AM to 03.00 PM (Monday - Friday, except the holidays observed by Mexican Federation and Federal Government of Nigeria)
NigMex and it's associates are legible to an immediate cancelation, withdrawal or suspension of any inappropriate act of conduct from prospective traveler.
NigMex and it's associates is not responsible for any mis conduct from travler that could result to violating any Legal terms in his/her country of destination.
As soon as the application process begins and Visa service fees has been made there would be no refunds made.You will then reicieve a reciept and an automated visa tracking code.
If for any reason a rejection has been made from Immigration, due to false information provided or Negative past records and a candidate has been denied a visa,there would be no refunding nor re-application till futher notice.
If your payment exceeds the amount of your NigMex Travel registary account, there would be a balance credited to your account. Must be redeemed from our contact center or representative in your country of residence. Expires (1) year from date of issuance, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
NigMex Registary visa processing payments are non-refundable and non-tranferable.
